Epley First-Tuesday® Seminars
Each month, Stephen W. Epley, Ph.D., addresses a key topic in a highly focused seminar that includes an interactive question-and-answer session. Participants learn how corporations and their marketing research staffs deal with challenging customer issues such as understanding how a customer reacts to change, competitive wins and losses, or understanding badly damaged customer relationships.The seminars are conducted via a telephone conference the first Tuesday of each month at 1 p.m. (Central Standard Time), and last about 50 minutes.
